The sensitivity of detection is primarily determined by the size, shape, and composition of the object to be detected.

• If the green light goes out completely or fails to come on, or if the unit produces unfamiliar audio tones, the unit is unstable and should not be used until the battery is recharged or replaced.
• If the unit will not be used for a long period, remove the battery to avoid leakage which may damage the detector.
• When not in use, store the detector in a dry and warm environment.
• The detector can also help scan contraband items such as gutka, pan parag, hans, and similar materials in their original packaging.
